The formation of an Association Football Club in Langport was mentioned in newspapers in September 1899, September 1913, September 1914, and possibly on other occasions as well. However, the club as we know it today was founded on 10 September 1919.
A folder of photographs and memorabilia is available in the Black Swan pub, and some of the items from a History Society exhibition celebrating the club’s centenary in 2019 are also displayed on the walls. A selection of images is presented here.
